Tokyu Fudosan has recently announced plans to introduce “HOTEL de DOCTOR 24,” a multilingual online medical consultation service for inbound travelers provided by M3 Career — part of the M3 Group specializing in medical staffing — at all 31 Tokyu Stay hotels and four resort properties operated by Tokyu Resorts & Stay.

“HOTEL de DOCTOR 24” offers 24/7 online medical consultations with the support of doctors, nurses, and medical interpreters in 22 languages, available directly from hotel rooms. By incorporating multilingual interpretation, the service ensures foreign guests can receive medical care with confidence. After consultations, patients are also guided to nearby pharmacies for prescriptions.

Tokyu Fudosan and M3 entered into a business partnership in March 2025 with the goal of enhancing the value of healthcare and medical services offered at Tokyu-developed properties by combining Tokyu Fudosan’s facility development expertise with M3’s medical services and IT capabilities.
